We accept Credit / Debit cards, Zelle and eChecks. You may choose your preferred method of payment upon checkout and will receive instructions for how to complete your order.
We ask that customers pay immediately upon placing their order – ideally within one hour.
Your order will remain in the system up to 24 hours after which case you will need to place another order. Contact us at cs@aminosequence.com if you have any questions.
Contact us at cs@aminosequence.com with your order number and preferred payment method and we’ll send you a new payment link.
You will receive a payment confirmation often times within minutes of payment but it may take as long as 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number when your order is processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed after 12pm est Friday, Saturday and Sunday may not receive a confirmation until Monday morning.
If you order and pay before 12pm est (Monday – Friday) your order will ship out the same day it is placed. If you order after 12pm est your order will be shipped the next business day. If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped Monday.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, you can also find your tracking number on the Orders page found in the My Account dashboard.
Generally it takes 2-3 business days from when it is shipped to receive your order.
You can see your past orders in your Account Orders.

Orders that are paid for by 12pm est will ship same day. If your payment is received after 12pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday then your order will be processed and shipped Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with the tracking number.
A tracking number should be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of us receiving payment for your order – or if placed during weekend hours Monday morning.
You can also find your tracking number in the Orders section of your account.
1. Allow the Full Delivery Timeframe
FedEx 2 day shipments are scheduled to arrive by the end of the second business day. Please ensure the full delivery window has passed before taking further steps.
2. Review Your Tracking Information
To check the status of your package:
– Visit fedex.com
– Enter your tracking number
– Look for delivery updates, scan history, delivery location, or signature confirmation
– If the tracking shows “Delivered”:
Check with others in your household, nearby neighbors, or front desk/building staff
Inspect the area around your delivery address in case the package was tucked away out of sight
3. Reach Out to FedEx Directly
If your package still hasn’t turned up, we recommend contacting FedEx for assistance:

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays outside our control.
4. If FedEx Confirms Delivery
Once FedEx marks a package as delivered, it indicates the item was successfully left at the address entered during checkout. In some cases, FedEx will include a photo as confirmation of delivery.
If a delivery photo is provided and shows the package at the location, FedEx considers the order fulfilled.
Once marked as delivered, responsibility for the package shifts from the carrier to the recipient. For this reason, we highly encourage choosing a shipping method that includes insurance and/or signature confirmation for added peace of mind.
Please provide a photograph of your damaged products to cs@aminosequence.com & we will reship another package to you & take care of any claims process on our end!
