We accept Venmo, Zelle and CashApp. You may choose your preferred method of payment upon checkout and will receive instructions for how to complete your order.

We ask that customers pay immediately upon placing their order – ideally within one hour.

Your order will remain in the system up to 24 hours after which case you will need to place another order. Contact us at cs@aminosequence.com if you have any questions.

Contact us at cs@aminosequence.com with your order number and preferred payment method and we’ll send you a new payment link.

You will receive a payment confirmation within 24 hours of payment – along with your order tracking number.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday may not receive a confirmation until Monday morning.

If you order and pay before 2pm (Monday – Friday) your order will ship out the same day it is placed. If you order after 2pm your order will be shipped the next business day. If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped Monday.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, you can also find your tracking number on the Orders page found in the My Account dashboard.

Generally it takes 3-5 business days from when it is shipped to receive your order.

You can see your past orders in your Account Orders.

Orders that are paid for by 2pm will ship same day. If your payment is received after 2pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday then your order will be processed and shipped Monday.

A tracking number should be emailed to you within 24 hours of us receiving payment for your order – or if placed during weekend hours Monday morning.

You can also find your tracking number in the Orders section of your account.

Start by checking with your nearby neighbors or the mailroom. Inspect all possible entry points to your home. Sometimes carriers may deliver packages to the wrong address. In most cases, the post office or UPS can locate your package when you properly inform them of the issue.

1. Call your local post office and provide your tracking number

2. See if the post office can send someone out to retrace the route to help track down the mis-delivered package. *It usually takes 5 days to be re-delivered. 

3. If the Postmaster indicates that he/she cannot locate your package due to it being lost, please email the formal response to the service request you filed to cs@aminosequence.com so we can get your package shipped out again at no cost to you. 

Please provide a photograph of your damaged products to cs@aminosequence.com & we will reship another package to you & take care of any claims process on our end!

First, check with your immediate neighbors or mailroom. Check all entrances to your home. Carriers can drop packages off at the wrong address. In almost every situation the post office is able to locate the package when you follow the proper steps to notify them of an issue.

Visit the the USPS website and file a package inquiry (takes about 2 minutes to complete) https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/package-inquiry

Then visit or call your local post office with your tracking number. Ask to speak to the Postmaster or whoever is currently shift lead. Give them your tracking number and request that you would like the carrier on the route to search the route for your package. You can find the address of your local USPS at this link: https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm

If the package has been misdelivered, it usually takes 5 days to be re-delivered. If the Postmaster indicates that he/she cannot locate your package due to it being lost, please email the formal response to the service request you filed to cs@aminosequence.com so we can get your package shipped out again at no cost to you.
